1. Introduction

Welcome to Entre Nós Dois. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the information of users of our application. By using Entre Nós Dois, you agree to the practices described in this document.

Entre Nós Dois is a self-knowledge and connection app for couples, developed and operated from Brazil.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data you provide directly

Name and email address (at sign-up)
Password (stored in encrypted form)
Answers to individual reflections and activities within the app
Partner-link information (when a couple connects their accounts)

2.2 Data collected automatically

System-generated user identifier
Session and authentication information
Usage and navigation data within the app (screens visited, features used)
Device information (operating system, app version)

2.3 Payment and subscription data

Entre Nós Dois uses RevenueCat as its subscription management platform. Payment information is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), and subscription data — such as status, transaction history and purchase identifiers — is managed by RevenueCat and linked to your user account.

We do not store credit card data or payment methods on our servers.

Create and manage your account in the app
Personalize your individual self-knowledge experience
Connect your profile to your partner's, when requested
Process and manage your subscription
Send communications related to the app (confirmations, feature updates)
Improve the product through aggregated and anonymous usage analysis
Ensure the security and proper functioning of the application

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with vendors necessary for the operation of the app, as described below.

4.1 Supabase

We use Supabase as our database and authentication platform. Your account data, answers and activities are securely stored on Supabase servers, with access control via Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring each user can only access their own data.

4.2 RevenueCat

RevenueCat manages app subscriptions. It receives the user identifier and transaction data from the App Store/Play Store to control subscription status. RevenueCat has no access to the content of your activities or answers within the app.

4.3 Apple (App Store / StoreKit)

Purchases made through the app are processed by Apple. Apple has its own privacy policy, which applies to transactions made on the App Store.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.

6. Your Rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent for data processing
Data portability

7. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including:

Password encryption
Access control via Row Level Security on the database
Communication via HTTPS/TLS
Restricted data access for the team

8. Minors

Entre Nós Dois is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete that data immediately.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When relevant changes occur, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new policy.
